Content Writer - help-centre articles (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood North Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
