Clearpath Ashton Civic Services supports public agencies in San Jose with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement.
