We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
