Fernwood Clear Energy is an energy provider in San Jose focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about usage data. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
