Content Writer - help-centre articles (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Loom Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 959 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
