Content Writer - help-centre articles (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
