Rivermark Fern Telecom Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports.
