Bright Mill Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Diego. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
