Content Writer - help-centre articles (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Harbor Civic Services supports public agencies in San Antonio with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
