Content Writer - help-centre articles (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Health runs classrooms and tutoring across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
