Content Writer - help-centre articles (Salt Lake City, UT)

Nova Bright Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Salt Lake City and nearby communities. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
