Content Writer - help-centre articles (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Corner Community Partners is a Salt Lake City charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
