Content Writer - help-centre articles (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 387 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
