Content Writer - help-centre articles (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wren Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge.
