Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Cedar Arts Center is an arts centre in Richmond with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
