Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Telecom Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
