Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit Junction Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
