Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova Beacon Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
