Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Pike Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
