Nova Sable Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Richmond. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
