Content Writer - help-centre articles (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 778 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
