Bright Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Reno. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
