Redstone Lantern Insurance Group is an insurance company in Reno with claims and service teams, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
