Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pine Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about water quality. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
