Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Birch Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Pittsburgh, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with volunteer programmes.
