Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Partners helps transport agencies around Des Moines design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
