Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Maple Housing and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
