Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Columbus, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
