Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Clearpath Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
