Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Transit Planning helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
