Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Summit Field Press produces print and digital publications in San Jose. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
