Greenridge Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on help-centre articles for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about field visits. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
