Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Fernwood Quarry Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Honolulu area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
