Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Oakland. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about public records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
