Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Spokane, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
