Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Loom Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Families are partners. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
