Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Civic Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
