Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Silverline Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about learning materials. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
