Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ridership counts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
