Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Cedar Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Birmingham serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about family communication. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
