Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Iron Insurance Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
