Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Fernwood River Community Partners is a nonprofit in Richmond supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about donor records. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
