Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Milwaukee design routes and schedules, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about route schedules. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
