Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Legal Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 686 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
