Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Harborlight Keystone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Portland. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service installations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
