Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sable Press Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
