Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Clearpath Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Colorado Springs, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about procurement. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
