Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

Greenridge Vista Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
