We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about accessibility audits. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
