Content Writer - help-centre articles (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Insurance Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
